ICO C- license Trainer Workshop – ANNOUNCEMENT
We invite you to participate in ICO C-Trainer Workshop organized in cooperation with ICO (International Crossminton Federation). The aim of the workshop is to enable participants to acquire the skills necessary to teach and improve the game of crossminton in all age groups. The workshop is based on practical classes on the court, aimed at improving skills useful in working with beginners and advanced players.
During the workshop, participants will learn how to organize and conduct crossminton training sessions, acquire knowledge in teaching the basics of tactics and game techniques, teaching methodology and organizing competitions for players of different ages.

PROGRAM:
- Teaching methodology adapted to various age groups,
- Strategy and tactics of the game,
- Basic tactical, technical and mental skills,
- Coordination as a basis for the development of playing techniques,
- Games and fun – combining motor, mental and technical development, using various forms of fun and games,
- Organizing and conducting classes,
- Analysis of technical skills,
- Methods for correcting errors
ACQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- independent conducting of classes,
- developing training programs and plans,
- qualifications to work with beginners and advanced players in different age groups,
- conducting simple forms of warm-up and motor training, including games and movement activities with a speeder and a rocket,
- organizing competitions in a formula suitable for beginners and advanced,
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:
- At least 16 years old (certificate available after reaching 18 years of age and confirming skills),
- Persons with high school education playing at an advanced level,
- Persons with the ICO D- license Animator degree,
- Young players who want to gain coaching qualifications,
- Sports managers working in crossminton who are not trainers,
- Other persons without professional experience in crossminton, e.g. parents,
- Payment of course and organization costs within a specified period.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Insurance shall be arranged individually by each player,
Juniors should have the permission of a parent (guardian) to participate in the workshop,
With the registration the participants accept the conditions of this announcement,
By registration participants release personal video- and photo rights to the organizer,
contract partners and the main organisations.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshop if the minimum number of people is not available.
